Launched in 2023, She Innovates is a vibrant platform dedicated to empowering women by fostering a sense of community through impactful events and offering essential resources that support women’s journeys toward purpose and success. Since its inception, She Innovates has championed various initiatives that exemplify our commitment to collaboration and growth. Notable projects include He Said She Said, developed in partnership with Brothers Keeper to bridge the gap between men and women through progressive dialogue, and Woman to Woman, created with Glow Up, Sister, offering a space for mentorship, connection, and deeper empowerment among women.
Our mission at She Innovates is to inspire and guide women in becoming their best selves, both personally and professionally. We strive to create a nurturing environment where women can connect, learn, and flourish, recognizing the transformative power of community in driving growth. As a hub for networking, sharing experiences, and fostering mentorship, we support women at all stages of their journeys—whether they are seasoned entrepreneurs, dedicated professionals, or individuals ready for their next big step.
Experienced in event planning and coordination, She Innovates has successfully hosted gatherings ranging from intimate 30-person events to large-scale engagements with up to 200 guests. FounderTiwirayi Ndoro is a multifaceted visionary with a rich background in fashion photography, styling, and community work, particularly focused on empowering young people. As the former Director of KYSO Project CIC in Manchester, Tiwirayi has consistently championed community initiatives, driving impactful change with her leadership.
Her deep passion for creating spaces where women can truly flourish and be seen has been a guiding force throughout her career. Whether behind the camera lens or leading transformative projects, Tiwirayi’s dedication to empowering others—especially women—to step into their power and share their stories is unwavering.
She Innovates is the embodiment of Tiwirayi's purpose, a platform designed to facilitate spaces where individuals, particularly women, can not only grow but also be seen and celebrated in community. Through her work, Tiwirayi continues to inspire and uplift, making a lasting difference in the lives of many.

Rev.Moillah Ndoro is an accomplished author, international speaker, and the Senior Pastor of Maranatha End Times Ministries International. With a deep commitment to spreading the Gospel and preparing believers for the times ahead, she has been a spiritual leader and mentor to many, guiding them in their faith journey.
Rev.Moillah is particularly passionate about helping women in all seasons of life, offering support, wisdom, and encouragement through her ministry. Whether through her speaking engagements, books, or pastoral leadership, she empowers women to embrace their God-given purpose and navigate life’s challenges with faith and resilience.
